Leading and managing sales & Service of Homogenizer in working with customers, partners and colleagues of Company, for achieving and getting equivalent or over targets of Company which is given to individual and to her/his team for periods of each year, keeping solidarity and contributing actively and efficiently to common works and activities of Company, reporting to SFT Division Representative in Company.
- Achieving good result vs. given annual individual targets and Homogenizer Sales Unit\'s targets, actively contributing to Homogenizer sales & SFT Sales team.
- Contributing positively to Country\'s targets of Order Intake & Sales as well saving cost target.
- Co-operating efficiently within Homogenizer Sales & SFT Sales team, as well with PMS Homogenizer Sales, GEA\'s Brand & Marketing Unit and other Units.
- Co-operating efficiently with Service Team and Business Partners for developing business.
- Reporting correctly & regularly and update at time to SFT Division Representative incl. Homogenizer, achieving an effective team work.
- Min. 3 years of Sales & Service Management experience with good up excellent related skills and sales capacity.
- Excellent business communication skills incl. fluent related English and Vietnamese.
- Computer MS Office skills.
- Strongly self-motivated for personal responsibility, working for solution & overcoming difficulties; highly organized and able to work independently, having strong team work mind and skills.
